Richard Moross has advised the Ladbrokes’ Board that he will be stepping down as a non-executive director at this year’s AGM and will not seek re-election as a director.
Moross said that his decision was based on a need to devote more time to his other commercial interests.
The effective date of his resignation is May 5 2016.
Chairman John Kelly said that Moross had been a member of the board since 2012, and he thanked him for his service.
“On behalf of the Board I’d like to thank Richard for his contribution, particularly through the revamp of our digital product. We wish him well for the future,” he said in a statement.
