Ladbrokes finance exec to depart

In anticipation of Ladbrokes plc and Coral’s imminent merger, Ian Bull, chief financial officer of Ladbrokes plc has opted to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.

On news of the merger agreement it was agreed that Paul Bowtell, Coral’s chief financial officer, would become Finance Director of the combined business .

Bull will remain until the completion of Ladbrokes’ 2015 full year results, scheduled to be announced at the end of February 2016.
