LeoVegas publishes prospectus for change in listing

Online gambling operator LeoVegas has applied for admission to trade on Nasdaq Stockholm with the release of a financial prospectus.

The prospectus, produced by the LeoVegas Board, has been approved and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The company expects to receive formal approval from Nasdaq Stockholm this week confirming the change in listing.
