Gibraltar-licensed gaming firm Lottoland has been awarded a remote bookmaker’s license from Ireland’s National Excise License Office.
The license provides for the provision of Lottoland’s bet-on-lotteries product to the Irish legislated gambling market.
“The Republic of Ireland is a vibrant, growing market with huge potential and we’re very confident there’s a strong appetite for our innovative lottery betting offering,” Nigel Birrell, chief executive officer of Lottoland commented in a press statement.
The Irish award marks Lottoland’s third new licensed territory launch in the past 12 months, which already includes the UK and Australia.
