Lottoland divests minority stake in Jumbo Interactive

Lottery betting firm Lottoland has offloaded its recently acquired 3,117,224 shares in Australian lottery reseller Jumbo Interactive for AUD2.55 per share according to an Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) notification.

Lottoland bought the shares less than three months ago, spending AUD7.8 million on a 7.07 percent minority stake in the company (see previous report).

Jumbo Interactive posted the ASX notification from Lottoland on its investor centre without further comment.
