The independent player protection and standards body eCOGRA has awarded its Safe and Fair seal to To Play Central Limited’s interactive gaming site, following the completion of a rigorous audit and on-site inspection process.
The newly granted seal was awarded to Lucky247.com by eCOGRA’s Seals Compliance Committee on June 12, increasing the number of tier one operations that have successfully met eCOGRA’s international framework for operational practice requirements to 201.
In order to maintain its accreditation, the Lucky247 internal processes, controls and systems will be consistently monitored through recurring operational audits and the fairness of the gaming software will be subject to eCOGRA’s output-based testing regime, which includes extensive data analysis, at frequent intervals, over every live gaming result.
The accreditation inspection was overseen by eCOGRA’s compliance manager Shaun McCallaghan, who remarked in his report to the Compliance Committee:
“The audit process revealed a well-run operation supported by sophisticated technical systems. Management displayed a high regard for player protection and the organisational discipline in meeting compliance obligations was apparent.”
Casino manager Sean Auret commented: “We’re extremely pleased with this achievement and proud of the affirmation that our site is amongst the safest in the industry.”
eCOGRA Executive Director Andrew Beveridge congratulated the new seal holders, noting the complete cooperation that the eCOGRA auditors had been given throughout the demanding process toward accreditation.
“The Safe and Fair accreditation provides the online players at Lucky247 with an added level of confidence that the casino games are fair and are professionally operated in line with international best practice.” he said.
Lucky247 Casino is managed by To Play Central Limited, a company licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta, with software provided by Microgaming.
