Malaysian police shutter online gambling operation

Malaysian police in Johor Baru Selatan arrested four individuals in their latest online gambling suppression raid Saturday.

District police chief Assistant Commisioner Sulaiman Salleh said that following a tip-off from the public, a police team raided an online gambling den above a restaurant in Jalan Maju around 7pm, arresting four individuals on illegal gambling charges and confiscating 21 laptops and other evidence.
