Mansion’s sports sponsorship strategy to promote new MansionBet brand

Online gambling group Mansion is using sports sponsorships in its strategy to bulid the new MansionBet brand, this week announcing that it is to sponsor super-middleweight boxer George Groves for his all-British World Boxing Super Series semi-final against Chris Eubank Jr.

The company is also sponsoring featherweight world champion Lee Selby for his bout against Josh Warrington on 19th May.

Mansion is adding boxing to a mix of sports it is sponsoring, including a partnership with AFC Bournemouth, along with past sponsorships of various Premier League teams.

The all-British Groves v Eubank Jr. fight for the Muhammed Ali Trophy which takes place at the Manchester Arena sold out in seven minutes and is expected to attract 500,000 live viewers. It has been referred to as a “fight for the ages” by ESPN.

Mansion’s expansion into boxing through is set to take the casino and bookmaker to the next level, reaching a larger audience than ever before, claims Karel Manasco, CEO of Mansion.
