Massachusetts AG releases DFS regulations

On Friday Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey officially filed her regulations to oversee the daily fantasy sports industry, with the content much the same as her earlier publicly circulated drafts (see previous reports)..

Operators serving fantasy and DFS fans in Massachusetts are expected to implement any necessary changes by July 1, the regulations stipulate.

Massachusetts joins Indiana and Virginia as the three states that have thus far specifically regulated intrastate DFS activity.
