Massive jackpot won on Microgaming's Mega Moolah

Online gambling forums were buzzing last night after the independent progressives slot monitor Casinolistings reported that a massive $13,212,882 jackpot had just been hit on Microgaming‘s Mega Moolah video slot.

Details of where the big hit took place and what the player has to say about his incredibly good fortune are now awaited from the game’s developer.

Casinolistings reports that the win represents the second largest all-time online progressive jackpot hit, and is the 25th Mega jackpot win since 2009.

“The Mega Moolah Mega Jackpot is available to be won on a variety of Microgaming powered slot machines including The Dark Knight and the Mega Moolah Summertime games. On average the jackpot now pays out $4,102,605 every 12 weeks, although those numbers have been skewed a bit by this massive win,” the independent monitor reports.

The current win is the second largest ever achieved online, trailing only the Euro 17,861,813 win that was hit on the Net Entertainment slot Mega Fortune at Paf back in 2013 .
