Microsoft Malta will provide its latest Customer Relationship Systems (CRM) to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) in an agreement announced this week.
The new CRM system will automate the MGA’s gaming and licencee management processes via a dedicated and secure web portal.
According to the MGA, the project will “transform the way the MGA interacts with its current and prospective licensees” by simplifying and digitising its online and terrestrial procedures while also providing a dedicated dashboard where license applicants will be able to follow the status of their application in real time.
The MGA anticipates the final phase of the implementation of the total system to be completed by the end of 2016.
“As stated last year, we are reviewing and restructuring all our internal activities to become more agile and proactive”, commented Joseph Cuschieri, Executive Chairman of the Malta Gaming Authority. “This project is another step forward in transforming the way we do business. As the only current gaming authority that offers operators a pan-European online gaming licence, our objective is to exceed the expectations of our customers, business partners and stakeholders at large”.
