Isle of Man-based software provider, Microgaming, has partnered the SMP Compliance Academy for the delivery of ongoing compliance and regulatory training to its staff.
Roger Raatgever, CEO of Microgaming, commented:
“Regulatory compliance is at the very centre of everything we do and as such we must continually train our people and ensure that their knowledge is as up-to-date as possible.
“The Compliance Academy, designed by SMP eGaming, meets that requirement and we are delighted to have partnered with them.”
The SMP Compliance Academy, which is CPD accredited, has been developed by SMP eGaming, a specialist gaming consultancy based in the Isle of Man.
The Academy provides Microgaming with a personalised training platform from where it can coordinate and manage the delivery of SMP eGaming’s proprietary regulatory and compliance training content across its campus and commercial teams.
Kim Broad, Head of Compliance at Microgaming, added: “Being able to manage many hundreds of users from one platform, allocate courses and analyse and report on results across our various teams makes the delivery of our compliance training far more engaging, efficient and cost effective.”
Ted Pepper, Director of SMP eGaming said: ‘We are delighted that Microgaming has chosen the Compliance Academy for regulatory and compliance training.
“The commitment to the training and development of their people is well known and admired within the gaming sector, and to be given the opportunity to become a core component of that is a strong endorsement of the platform and the quality of the service we have developed.”
