Microgaming has extended its licensing agreement with Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc., brokered by Creative Licensing Corporation, to produce a new Tarzan® branded online slot.
Built on a successful branded relationship that originated in 2016, the new deal will see Microgaming distribute a second Tarzan branded title to its customers. The jungle-themed game will be produced by Fortune Factory Studios, an independent studio that is providing innovative content exclusively for Microgaming.
Enhancing Microgaming’s diverse portfolio of branded content, the new game will see the legendary jungle hero take players on a new pursuit for rewards.
Taking inspiration from the original Edgar Rice Burroughs’ renowned novels of fantastic adventure, and following on from Microgaming’s first Tarzan game, the new slot is being designed from scratch to ensure it has a unique look and feel. The game will feature Tarzan prominently throughout the game and will exude high-energy, captivating animations, thrilling features and distinctive sounds.
As one of the most filmed characters in movie history, Tarzan has been the subject of 52 movies, including animation features, seven television series, two Broadway stage productions, and thousands of publications and licensed products.
Fans of the brand don’t have long to wait for the new Tarzan adventure, with the latest title set to join Microgaming’s branded content portfolio in 2020. Microgaming will be unveiling its latest Tarzan slot and the game’s official title at ICE London 2020.
