MTR Gaming Group has launched its “INCLUB” online player’s club and free-to-play INClub online casino, strategically positioning itself to take advantage of U.S. legislatory advancements in online gambling.
The initiative offers MTR Gaming members a fully-integrated online play-for-free casino, private messaging, dedicated social media feeds as well as direct links to MTR’s terrestrial casino property websites.
The company partnered with Aristocrat Technologies for the provision of the online casino platform back in March 2013 . Oracle will provide its Social Relationship Management platform as part of MTR’s social network back-end.
“This platform is completely integrated with our systems and has the potential to reduce promotional expenses and direct mail costs while achieving greater penetration in the company’s three gaming markets,” said Joseph Billhimer, MTR President & COO. “Its exclusivity, design, functionality and complete integration with a variety of exciting features and value propositions will enhance the customer experience and garner more patron loyalty. Fred Buro, MTR’s chief marketing officer believes the platform will exploit over 200 million social networks, blogs, channels and conversations taking place in the online world while giving the company a variety of inexpensive new tactical marketing functions.
