Mybet board resignation

Kiel-based mybet Holding SE (formerly JAXX SE) postponement of its Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for mid May was prompted by the resignation of supervisory board member Rodolfo Carpintier Santana for personal reasons.

The decision to postpone the meeting will give the Nominating Committee of mybet Holding SE’s Supervisory Board adequate time to find a suitable candidate as Carpintier’s successor, and to propose their election to the Shareholders’ Meeting.
