Netplay TV pays special dividend

NetPlay TV plc will distribute a special dividend of 0.68 pence per ordinary share to registered shareholders on June 9 2016 accompanied by a consolidation of the Company’s ordinary issued share capital.

The consolidation will replace every 15 existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each with 14 new ordinary shares of 11/14 pence each (“New Ordinary Shares”).
