Interactive gambling group NetPlayTV, which recently walked away from acquisition talks with Sportech on a possible The Football Pools deal (see previous reports) has announced that its television airtime agreement with ITV has been extended and will run through 2019.
The two companies have enjoyed a successful business relationship that dates back to 2010.
The agreement will see ITV continue to broadcast NetPlay’s Jackpot247 late spot program, which runs every night of the week in the UK.
NetPlay CEO Bjarke Larsen said that television continues to provide his company’s unique selling proposition and remains at the core of corporate strategy.
“The combination of engagement through television with the development of our mobile platforms is driving customer acquisition and retention. By continuous evolution of the production, style and format of our shows we ensure that NetPlay remains at the forefront of interactive gaming,” he said in a statement.
