Nevada Gaming Commission to hold public hearing

Nevada gambling authorities have scheduled a public hearing on December 20, 2012 regarding the adoption, amendment or repeal of Regulation 26C.

The hearing will be held to debate the amendment of the definition of “Communications Technology” in the existing regulation to include the Internet for the purposes of off-track pari-mutuel wagering and other related matters.

The public hearing will be held via video conference at various State Gaming Control Board locations in Las Vegas and Carson City.
