An industry advisory from the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) indicates a 1.19 percent total gaming revenue increase during the month of April 2017 to reach $886,528,810 and a 3.03 percent increase for the fiscal year to date.
NGCB said the NCAA basketball tournament along with an upswing in slots and tables games were the primary drivers.
Nevada State collected $44.2 million in fees, up 0.26 percent year on year.
