Figures covering the full year period ended June 30 2017 released at the weekend by the Nevada Gaming Control Board show that the 272 land casinos earning over a million dollars a year have delivered revenue numbers that best pre-recession 2007.
The Board’s Nevada Gaming Abstract records total revenue up 3.7 percent y-o-y at $26.2 billion, and net income 59 percent up y-o-y at $1.55 billion.
That’s a significant improvement on FY 2015, when state-wide losses reached $661.8 million.
