Argentinean online games developer Leander Games has appointed Steven Matsell to the position of chief executive officer.
Matsell joins the company from Gaming Technology Solutions (GTS) where he led the sale of the company as co-founder to Playtech .
Founded by Ramiro Atucha and Daniel Schultz in 2008, Leander Games has prospered despite the difficult economic environment, entering into a game distribution agreement with GTS towards the end of last year.
Under Matsell’s leadership, the firm’s future success will be built upon its Remote Gaming Server “LeGa” which has been designed to facilitate faster distribution of its expanding portfolio of games across Internet enabled and mobile devices.
Ramiro Atucha, business development director and former chief executive officer at Leander games said “I had the chance of working closely with Steven through our partnership with GTS.
