New financial spread betting service planned

London Capital Group and KAX Media have announced a collaboration for a new financial spread betting service called CitySpreads to be located at CitySpreads.co.uk.

The collaboration will see LCG bring its spread betting technology together with KAX Media’s online advertising and marketing expertise. The site, to be launched in October this year, will benefit from the speed and security of LCG’s proprietary trading platform.

KAX chief executive Charles Gillespie said, “After surveying the field of potential partners, LCG stood out as the obvious choice for our expansion into spread betting. We are very excited about the project and look forward to realizing all the potential behind this great name with the great team at LCG.”
