The Canadian online gambling software developer Chartwell Technology has released a batch of new games just in time to showcase same at the ICEi exhibition next week.
The company enjoyed success and player plaudits with last year’s new releases and hopes to continue that trend through 2011, starting this month with four new slots with what Chartwell claims are ground-breaking new features.
“Bars and Bells” features favourite reel symbols from classic slot games, but also boasts an innovative Streak Breaker feature.
“With the optional Streak Breaker bet, players bet and win every time they have five consecutive zero spins; thereby maintaining a positive experience during game play. It’s unique within the industry and has been extremely well-received in player focus group studies,” a spokesman said this week.
The atmospheric “Draco’s Fire” slot, invites players to take on a medieval dragon in the free spin bonus, which features stacked holding wilds.
“Sinful Spins” introduces players to “Lola”, the she-devil gatekeeper of a player-controlled interactive bonus feature. The game has digital sound effects, and the music accentuates Lola’s character within the game.
Rounding out the games in this release is “Angel’s Touch”, in which the angel caricature “Bettie” pays homage to the classic 40’s pinup girl and offers an engaging and interactive pick-a-prize bonus round.
The new games come on Chartwell’s new Rapid Game Deployment platform, which will allow clients to deploy Chartwell online casino games quickly and efficiently as soon as they are launched by the software company. The Calgary-based company has also redesigned its back office software, branded CyberBoss 5 which is claimed to deliver a high degree of flexibility and control over the operation and promotion of operators’ sites.
“We are extremely excited to start 2011 with such a strong release of innovative slot games,” Dan Phillips, CEO, Chartwell Games said this week.
