New sales director for Openbet

Online gambling software developer and provider Openbet has appointed former Microsoft UK business manager Amanda Bicknell as sales director.

Bicknell will have commercial responsibility for OpenBet’s existing sportsbook and casino customers, including betting giants like William Hill, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and Sky Bet. She will also be responsible for managing, strengthening and developing key partner relationships among Openbet’s 100 business partners.

Bicknell and the recently appointed senior vice president technology, ex-Google exec Nikos Kryvossidis, will report to Jeremy Thompson-Hill, chief operating officer at Openbet.
