News Corp acquires Punters.com.au

News Corp Australia has acquired digital racing publisher Punters.com.au for an undisclosed consideration in collaboration with Corum Group International.

Michael Miller, executive chairman of News Corp Australasia said the deal deepens the company’s commitment to racing while providing its 16 million monthly audience with an even more complete and integrated online and traditional media fan experience.
