Nordic Leisure to acquire sports betting firm

Swedish sports betting solutions provider Betting Promotion is set to be acquired by operator Nordic Leisure in a shareholding deal that will see the latter acquire 74.4 percent of the company.

Financial details of the deal with major shareholders were not disclosed, and the agreement still has some way to go in terms of due diligence and a formal offer, Betting Promotions emphasised in a cautious statement
