North Dakota House passes sports betting bill

The North Dakota State House has passed sports betting legislation HB1254 allowing for wagering on professional and college sports.

The bill fell two votes short on its first vote but passed on a 52-38 margin the second time around.

HB1254 now moves on to the Senate.
