NYX Gaming Group has been awarded approvals from British Columbia’s Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) as a Class B Supplier satisfying the last condition for completion of its acquisition of Openbet whose products are currently used by BCLC, Loto Quebec and the Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
“I’m delighted to announce the approval by the GPEB in British Columbia,” Matt Davey, group chief executive officer of NYX Gaming Group said. “Through the acquisition of OpenBet, NYX has positioned itself as the only end-to-end digital gaming supplier in regulated markets.
“The teams here at NYX, Openbet and at GPEB have worked tirelessly to deliver to schedule and we look forward to closing the deal on or about May 20th as planned.”
