Online gambling software and games provider NYX Gaming has announced that it has secured a private placement of $10.5 million with an unidentified private investor.
The offering was made up of unsecured convertible debenture and 2,863,636 ordinary share purchase warrants, which have a strike price of $3.50 and a three term. The debenture will attract an interest rate of 10 percent per annum, maturing in January 2020, with a provision that allows it to be converted to ordinary shares at $2.75 a share.
The gambling software group has revealed that among other projects it will use the new capital to settle amounts owed to a subsidiary belonging to another private investor incurred in late 2015.
