Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) has expanded its relationship with Playtech in a long term deal for the supply of Playtech’s Neon casino management system across further properties.
OEG already operates Playtech’s Neon casino management system in various venues, including flagship casino Olympic Park in Tallin, and this deal expands the service to replace legacy systems in OEG’s international land-based casino operations, connecting more than 100 casinos in five countries, comprising around 3,500 electronic gaming machines and over 150 gaming tables.
A suite of new enterprise systems will be implemented including the Neon Analytics business intelligence platform and functionality to support AML and GDPR, run from a data centre within each country and configured to address requirements in each jurisdiction.
All user applications and the Neon Touch player user interface will be delivered as HTML5 applications offering flexibility for how users and players can interact with the system.
Oleg Jurtšenko, chief information officer of Olympic Entertainment Group said: “We evaluated all the leading systems and selected Playtech because of their understanding of our requirements, modern architecture and willingness to adapt Neon to our needs.”
Martin Sykes, Managing Director, IGS, added: “We have worked closely with the Olympic team for many years and look forward to completing the roll out and activating Neon’s premium functionality.”
Completion of the implementation which is already underway is due in 2018.
