Olympic Entertainment undergoes extensive business restructure

May has been a busy month for Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) as it undergoes an extensive business restructure.

The company liquidated its Belarusian subsidiary Olympic Casino Bel IP and demerged its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB Orakulas into two entities, Orakulas and UAB Orakulas Services. The split separates OEG’s online technology platform and trading and risk management for sports betting services from the operational activities of the subsidiary.

In addition, OEG delisted its shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange and merged its Italian subsidiaries, casino operating companies Slottery S.r.l. and Jackpot Game S.r.l.

Jackpot Game S.r.l. will merge with Slottery S.r.l. with the company continuing its Italian operations under Slottery S.r.l.
