The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) wants to improve the way it connects with its online players, and has issued a Request for Information regarding a possible new and improved player platform with the goal of ensuring that its technology and solutions are responsive to modern consumer demands.
The RFI advises: “OLG is exploring how upgrades to its current technology infrastructure can improve the ways it connects with customers online and at retail. A new player platform would add to OLG’s existing digital presence by enhancing capability in areas like player registration, responsible gambling controls and player accounts.”
The Corporation also notes that it is interested in creating greater value for its owner, the Ontario province of Canada, but to do so in a socially responsible manner.
