Bragg Gaming Group business ORYX Gaming will roll out its casino content across seven of Genesis Global brands Casino Cruise, SpinIt, Sloty, Vegas Hero, Genesis Casino, Casino Joy, and Spela.
In addition to ORYX’s proprietary titles, the Genesis Global brands will gain access to several casino titles from GivMe Games, Kalamba Games and Gamomat.
Gamomat’s recently launched Crazy Chicken Shooter jackpot side game forms part of the deal.

Bragg Group (formerly Breaking Data Corp.) acquired Oryx Gaming in December 2018 for an aggregate consideration of Euro 7.5 million and will list on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BRAG.
After the first year following the ORYX acquisition, an additional earn out will see a payment equal to 8 x 33 percent of ORYX’s EBITDA for the first year subject to the company achieving EBITDA of at least Euro 2 million.
The same terms will apply for the second year however EBITDA would need to reach at least Euro 3 million.
Bragg is focusing on the newly emerging, legalised U.S. sports betting sector and the burgeoning e-sports industry supported by an executive team comprising gaming exec Dominic Mansour as CEO along with chief financial officer Ashkay Kumar and Oryx Gaming’s Matevz Mazij.
Bragg completed beta of its new GIVEMEBET platform in the UK market late last year. The company will leverage its GIVEMESPORT’s UK database of 1.1 million customers to gain exposure on the new platform.
