OteetO, an Ireland-based developer of social games and owner of the Texas Ask’Em Poker trivia quiz-based game, has entered into a single event sponsorship agreement with two football clubs to publicise the game brand.
The event is an N Power League Two competition featuring English football clubs AFC Wimbledon and Port Vale, which will be played at The Dons Cherry Red Stadium later this month and screen on Sky Sports television.
“We are delighted to be part of what will be a historic night for AFC Wimbledon,” said Simon Hood from OteetO. “We hope to welcome lots of new AFC Wimbledon fans to our online Texas Ask’Em Poker community where they can use their football knowledge to help win some poker hands as well as have the opportunity to chat across the poker table with other AFC Wimbledon fans.”
Texas Ask’Em Poker can be downloaded via Apple’s App Store and on Facebook. Players select from table topics that interest them before going on to compete against punters, answering a multiple choice question at the start of each hand. The quickest correct responder is given the best of the randomly dealt starting Texas hold‘em hands. At the end of each hand all players get to see the correct answer.
