Malta-based daily fantasy sports platform Oulala.com, has launched a new game for the upcoming 2016 UEFA European Championship.
Following the launch of a monetised version in the UK market late last year, Oulala’s latest version allows customers to pick football players from 24 national teams to participate in the 2016 UEFA Championship.
The game, while using the previous format, has been redesigned with a number of extra features which will enable users to form their fantasy line-ups for every game day, join or create leagues and then compete against their friends or other users to win real money.
“We have seen a huge growth of daily fantasy sports in Europe throughout the last season and we firmly believe that this tournament will give it an extra push,” Valery Bollier, chief executive for Oulala said.
The company’s launch of a bespoke version for Leicester City FC in the UK market last year has led to the further development of a white label offer for internet gaming operators looking to get into the daily fantasy sports market.
