Paddy Power Betfair CFO to resign

Paddy Power Betfair plc has responded to press reports that chief financial officer Alex Gersh is about to stop down by confirning the reports and advising that Gersh has agreed to remain in his post until a successor has been found.

The Board has commissioned an executive search firm to find a replacement for Gersh, who has been with the company for the past six years.
