Parlay Entertainment, the Canadian internet gambling software provider has announced a deal with Ålands Penningautomatförening (Paf) to license its Parlay5 gaming platform. The agreement will enable Paf to upgrade its online bingo and soft gaming offerings, with a planned launch in the first quarter of 2011.
Anders Ingves, Paf’s CEO said this week: “International expansion and providing our customers with a broad range of excellent content are of strategic importance to Paf,” said. We chose Parlay because of their proven track record in delivering in those areas. Its industry leading software solutions will support our strategic expansion throughout Europe.”
Paf has offered safe and entertaining gaming from its Nordic base for the last 40 years, including Internet, shipboard and land operations across a wide range of gambling genres and games. The proceeds go to good causes in social society in Åland, an autonomous region of Finland, from where the company has offered online gaming as a public association since 1999.
Several of Paf’s own proprietary games will be included in the launch on the Parlay5 platform. These unique games have been perennial favourites and excellent performers in the Nordic market. Paf will also leverage the liquidity of the Parlay Game Services network in Alderney, and will offer internet gambling in English, Finnish, Swedish, German and Spanish with other languages to follow.
