The latest arrival on the New Jersey internet gambling scene – Pala Interactive’s new Pala Casino.com, has just undergone a soft launch and is seeking players to participate in its test phase under a Division of Gaming Enforcement transactional waiver.
To comply with local regulations, Pala Interactive, which is headed by former Bwin.Party CEO Jim Ryan, has partnered with New Jersey’s largest land-based casino, Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa.
The California-based Pala Indian Band owns the enterprise, and will be amassing valuable operational experience for future deployment in what it hopes will be a legalised online poker environment in its home state.
In tweets this week Pala Casino asked New Jersey players to register an account and deposit up to $50 before playing a minimum of 5 games and 25 bets in order to stress-test the casino’s systems.
Players who participate will have their deposits fully refunded, along with a $25 a day bonus upon completion of an easy online survey soliciting their feedback.
Once fully launched, Pala Casino will be available on desktop and tablet, with smartphone facilities planned for early 2015.
The site is powered by a broad range of content from Amaya, Aristocrat and IGT on an internally-developed Pala Interactive platform.
