Gaming solutions provider Patagonia Entertainment has acquired gaming platform provider AutoGameSYS for a Euro 20 million consideration.
The AutoGameSYS platform will now provide an omni-channel solution with local and international payment processing capability, over 2,000 games from a wide range of content providers, and a complete sports betting platform with over 20,000 pre-match and live events each month, including live video streaming of top sporting action, a press statement reads.
Patagonia Entertainment’s Global Business Development Manager, Victor Arias, said: “Our AutoGameSYS acquisition is the latest step in our growth strategy to maintain our position at the forefront of Latam’s iGaming market.
