iGaming customer retention specialist Enteractive has struck a deal with online sports betting and casino operator Pinnacle.
Enteractive’s Player (Re)activation Service is now live with the operator, which turns churned players into active users through its unique one-to-one personal phone calls.
Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson said: “This is another major deal for us, which highlights our growing reputation in the iGaming industry as a reputable and trustworthy provider of player retention solutions.
