Hilary Stewart-Jones has been appointed to the Playtech Board as Deputy-Chairman, effective immediately.
Stewart-Jones has served as Playtech’s chair of the Remuneration Committee and of the Risk and Compliance Committee since October 2013. She also sat on the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee.
She is considered to be an international expert in Gambling law and has spent more than a decade and a half advising companies on gambling related issues.
She worked in-house at Ladbrokes plc before joining Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP as a Partner in 2000. Subsequently she joined DLA Piper in 2011 serving more recently as a consultant with the firm.
