Playtech close to Ash Gaming acquisition?

London-based, interactive games developer, Ash Gaming is close to being acquired by Playtech Ltd. for an undisclosed consideration, reports eGaming Review.
“A source close to the deal told eGaming Review that the deal was in its “final stages” but refused to comment further”.
Playtech-owned Gaming Technology Solutions (GTS) EdGE platform currently provides a number of its clients with several of Ash Gaming’s top games.
The news follows an announcement from Ladbrokes that takeover talks with 888 have been terminated.
