PMU name new COO

French operator Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) has named Florence de Noray (45) as chief financial officer responsible for driving the financial strategy of the company and managing all associated functions.

De Noray succeeds Benoît Cossé who leaves PMU after 28 years of service.
