Games provider Pragmatic Play has acquired Novomatic’s Extreme Live Gaming (ELG) business for an undisclosed consideration.
The deal broadens Pragmatic Play’s multi-vertical strategy and boosts the suppliers offer to encompass live dealer games augmenting its range of video slots, scratchcards and bingo games.
ELG operates ten live dealer tables, covering roulette, blackjack and baccarat from its studios in London.
