Premier Punt launch DFS sportsbook product

Scottish daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator, Premier Punt, has combined fantasy sports and traditional sportsbook betting in the first phase of its new product offer following the award of a sports betting license from the UK Gambling Commission.

Bettors are able to select their fantasy teams as usual however the product offers a further option to bet on traditional sports based on the bettor’s team selection.

Premier Bet coins its offer as a “Daily Fantasy Sportsbook”, saying it believes the product sets it apart from competitors.

“We are delighted to be unveiling our unique single wallet Daily Fantasy Sportsbook App,” commented John Gordon, CEO, of Premier Punt.

“The combination wallet will help our business to increase the player value significantly while at the same time offering convenience to players that like to play both fantasy and wager on sports.

The sportsbook element of Premier Punt’s offer was delivered in partnership with Offshore Custom Software Solutions, based in Isle of Man.

Premier Punt’s new product app is available through the iOS and Android app stores.
