Canadian online bingo software provider Parlay Games has been ousted as bingo provider for the Ålands Penningautomatförening (PAF) online gambling operation.
PAF has selected the less well known Proactive Gaming, a Swedish bingo, poker and lottery games developer that was founded seven years ago and employs just 15 people in Norrköping, Stockholm, London and Milan.
A PAF spokesman said this week that the goal of the collaboration with Proactive is to develop the industry’s best and most exciting bingo games.
Kim Johansson, head of games at PAF, said: “We hope to develop the industry’s best bingo product working with Proactive Gaming. We believe that we have found a partner with extensive experience and unique knowledge that gives us the flexibility to be able to go the whole distance and eventually create unique experiences for our customers.”
Proactive’s CEO, Paul Burman, said that the partnership with PAF would benefit both companies.
“Paf is a standard bearer for great customer care, their profit goes to public good and they have a deep experience of gaming, which will benefit us in our game development,” Burman said.
Proactive Gaming won the Supergasell (Super Gazelle) Award from the leading business newspaper Dagens Industri for the Swedish company with the fastest growth two years ago.
