R. Franco acquires majority stake in Mediatech Solutions

Spain-based gaming supplier R. Franco Group has acquired a controlling stake in platform provider Mediatech Solutions for an undisclosed consideration.

Mediatech said the substantial investment will create a potent, new omni-channel giant with R Franco integrating Mediatech’s IRIS platform along with a portfolio of 1,500 games.

“This new joint team has already displayed its ability to innovate in the online space, and it is now extremely well positioned for omni-channel expansion in Spain, Europe, Latin America and Asia,” Jessica Ordovas, founder and chief executive officer of Mediatech Solutions commented.
