Isle of Man start-up slots developer Red Tiger Gaming announced Tuesday that it has secured a games supply contract with major UK online and land gambling group Paddy Power, and that the performance of its first game to go live has been outstanding.
Red Tiger launched Lucky Wizard, the first of many games scheduled to go live on Paddy Power last Friday, immediately securing a record breaking number of plays in its first weekend, at well over one million spins.
Mike Phelan, head of Paddy Power games and Betfair Arcade said in a company statement that player interest had been remarkable.
“This is truly an amazing launch from Red Tiger, we’ve never seen anything like it,” he said. “The sheer volume of play through the first game we put up live has outstripped anything that we’ve ever done here at Paddy Power.
“Across the board, the KPIs have been phenomenal. We’ve seen stellar performance from Red Tiger on our Betfair brand and are very excited to see the impact that it is already having at Paddy Power.”
The game developer exclusively provides Betfair’s ‘Macau’ casino tab, and will now provide its slots, table games, progressive jackpots and flexible ‘Smart Spins’ bonus engine application to Paddy Power.
Giles Potter, commercial director at Red Tiger added: “The Paddy Power team has been very responsive through the integration process and really helpful in engaging with us to customise some of our platform features to maximise the value that we deliver them through our games and promotional tools.”
Red Tiger’s most popular titles include Lucky Wizard, Winter Wonders, Dragon’s Luck, Epic Journey and Five Star.
The games feature unique progressive jackpots including ‘Deadline Jackpots’ that count down and are guaranteed to pay out before a set time and ‘Ceiling Jackpots’ that must pay out before the progressive prize pot reaches a set target value.
