Gaming solutions firm Scientific Games will consolidate its Barcrest, Games Media and The Global Draw subsidiaries under one umbrella.
The newly formed SG Gaming will be led by Steve Frater as executive Chairman, Ian Timmis as chief executive officer, Robert White as chief operating officer and Gareth Phillips as chief technology officer.
Headquartered in Feltham – London, with offices in Manchester and the Midlands, SG Gaming will also hold an international presence with offices in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
The four business sectors will continue to be led by existing managing directors Phil Horne at The Global Draw (UK LBO), Alex Stephens for Interactive, Michael Koch for international business and Chris Sullivan for pub, arcade and bingo (Barcrest and Games Media) reports InterGame.
