The increasingly visible daily fantasy sports provider Scout Gaming has announced that it is to provide its platform to Nordic Leisure, marking its first move into the Latvian and Lithuanian market.
Nordic Leisure owns Optibet and Gold Club Casino, and the Scout platform will be integrated into these operations next year. Nordic Leisure will include all of the group’s brands in the liquidity network being established by Scout Gaming, which includes (or will include) Betsson and Bethard, as well as Gofantasy, Fanteam and PAF. The latter has already launched the Scout Gaming DFS product.
“Nordic Leisure is a competent, fast growing company with a significant share of its revenues from regulated markets, and I believe they will be a strong partner in the future,” said Scout Gaming chief executive Andreas Ternström in a statement Thursday.
Peter Åström, chief executive of Nordic Leisure said that the Scout platform will complement the strong DFS knowledge and experience already available within the group.
“DFS has a natural fit in our existing product offering, and we see clear synergies with our broader media- and sports activities within the group,” he said.
